Subscription Policy

Thank you for subscribing to Pawfect Fur Box! We aim to bring joy to your dog with carefully curated subscription boxes tailored to your pet’s preferences. Please review the terms of our subscription service outlined below.
By subscribing to our service, you agree to the terms of this Subscription Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please refrain from using our service.
1. Subscription Plans
We offer a variety of subscription plans to suit your needs. You can choose from:
- Monthly Subscription: Recurring payments on a monthly basis, with a new box delivered every month.
- 6-Month Subscription: Recurring payments every six months, with a new box delivered every month for six months.
- 12-Month Subscription: Recurring payments every twelve months, with a new box delivered every month for twelve months.
All plans automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date (see Section 4 for cancellation details).
2. Billing and Payment
By signing up for a subscription, you authorize Pawfect Fur Box to automatically charge the credit or debit card you provide at the beginning of your subscription. Payments will be processed:
- Monthly Subscription: Charged every month on the same calendar day as your first payment.
- 6-Month & 12-Month Subscriptions: Charged every three or six months on the same calendar day as your first payment.
If a payment is unsuccessful (e.g., due to an expired or invalid card), we will attempt to notify you via email and may retry the payment. If we cannot successfully process the payment, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
3. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Frequency
Your subscription box will be shipped on a monthly basis, depending on the subscription plan you selected. We ship all boxes on the second week of each month.
b. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all subscription plans within Australia. International shipping may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed at checkout.
c. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders within Australia arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or shipping carriers.
d. Change of Address
Please ensure your shipping address is up to date. If you need to change your shipping address, you must update your details in your account at least 7 days before your next box is shipped.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your renewal date. Cancellations made after this time will apply to the following subscription period.
a. Month-to-Month Subscriptions
- If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current month, but no further payments will be charged.
b. Prepaid Subscriptions (3 or 6-Month Plans)
- Prepaid subscriptions (6-month and 12-month) are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. If you cancel before the end of the prepaid period, your subscription will not be renewed for another term, but you will still receive the remaining boxes for the duration of your prepaid plan.
5. Refunds and Returns
a. Damaged or Defective Products
If your box arrives damaged or contains defective products, please contact our customer service team within 2-4 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damage and will either replace the damaged items or offer a refund at our discretion.
b. Non-Refundable Items
Subscription boxes are customized for your pet, and as such, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or for boxes that have been opened or used.
c. Lost Shipments
If your box is lost in transit, please contact us through our channels so we can investigate the issue. If we determine the box was lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
6. Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard. This includes:
- Updating Billing Information: Keep your payment information up to date to avoid interruptions in your subscription.
- Changing Shipping Address: Ensure your address is correct and make any necessary changes before your next box is shipped.
- Pausing Subscription: If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. After the pause period, your subscription will automatically resume.
- Canceling Subscription: Cancel at any time in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
7. Promotions and Discounts
From time to time, we may offer special promotions, discounts, or free trials. Any promotional offers or discounts are limited to one per household and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
If you sign up for a subscription during a promotion, the promotional price is valid for the first subscription period only. After the promotional period ends, your subscription will renew at the regular price unless canceled.
