Refund Policy
At Pawfect Fur Box, we strive to deliver the best possible experience for both you and your dog through our subscription boxes. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
By purchasing a subscription or products from our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. Change of Mind
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind on subscription boxes. Each box is specially curated and customized for your dog based on the preferences you provide during sign-up.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your box arrives damaged or contains defective items, please notify us within 2-4 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [email protected]. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement item or a refund if:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You can provide evidence, such as photos of the damaged or faulty products.
We reserve the right to request that you return the damaged or defective item to us for inspection. In cases where a return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
3. Lost or Missing Shipments
If your subscription box is lost in transit or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with our shipping carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement box at no additional cost to you.
4. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
a. Monthly Subscription
- Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account. However, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already been shipped or for cancellations made after the billing date. Once your subscription has been billed, it is considered active for that period.
b. Prepaid Subscriptions (6-Month, 12-Month, or Annual Plans)
- Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in cases where the subscription is canceled due to our inability to fulfill the service.
- You may cancel your prepaid subscription before the next renewal period, but you will continue to receive boxes for the remaining time on your prepaid plan. No partial refunds are provided for unused months of a prepaid subscription.
5. Refunds for Non-Subscription Items
For non-subscription items (such as one-time purchases of dog toys, accessories, etc.), you may request a return or refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:
- The item is in its original, unused, and unopened condition.
- You have proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
If the item is eligible for return, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
6. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and approve your request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for subscription box items due to the custom nature of the products provided. However, if you received a defective or damaged item, we will provide a replacement as outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Subscription boxes that have already been opened or used.
- Items damaged through misuse, abnormal use, or neglect.
- Orders for which incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer, resulting in undeliverable or lost shipments.
- Orders placed using promotional discounts or during special sales, unless the item is defective.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
