- “Subscription Box” refers to the monthly package of pet products delivered to the customer.

By subscribing to our service, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- All information provided to us is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Subscription and Billing
a. Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans (e.g., monthly, 6-month, 12-month) for our customers. By subscribing, you agree to pay the recurring subscription fee associated with the chosen plan.
b. Billing Cycle
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly) unless canceled in accordance with these terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
c. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card and debit card methods specified on the checkout page. You must provide current, valid, and accurate payment information. If payment is not successfully processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription.
d. Changes to Subscription Plans
We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our subscription plans or modify the products included in our boxes at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and your continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping
We offer free shipping within Australia. For international orders, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
b. Delivery Timeframe
Subscription boxes are shipped on or around the second week of each month. Delivery times will vary based on your location but are generally between 7-14 business days.
c. Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If your package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
d. Risk of Loss
All products purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
b. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for subscription boxes that have already been shipped. If there is an issue with your box, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us within 2-4 days of receiving your box, and we will work to resolve the issue.
c. Skipping a Month
If you wish to skip a month, you can do so by logging into your account and selecting the month you want to skip. You will not be billed for the skipped month, and your subscription will resume the following month.
6. Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure that the products in each subscription box are available as described. However, due to supply chain limitations or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in your box.
7. Use of Products
All products provided in our subscription boxes are intended for use by pets. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are appropriate for your pet and to supervise their use. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the improper use of the products.
8. User Accounts
To subscribe to our service, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
